Serves / Makes : small bottle
Ingredients
1 cm (half inch) piece of fresh root ginger
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon clear organic honey
a pinch of salt
Method
Finely chop the ginger, put into a bowl
Now pour the lemon juice over the ginger in the bowl
Add honey and a pinch of salt
Stir well and store in a tight glass bottle
