RUMORS
For all of you women (girls) out here that thrive and live life by starting rumors about your friends, your family members, and whoever else because you are jealous of her................this is to you!
You are envious of her and you wish you could be her for a day. Don't you? You see her stroll pass you in those four-inch heels, nice suit, black, shiny, and bone straight hair down to her waist and you can't wait to run home to call your girls to tell her...guess who I saw today?
You notice how the men adore her, wishing they were with her. You notice all her lady-like qualities, never having to swear to get a point across. She is intelligent, well-rounded, attractive, and most of all confident. She knows where she comes from, who she is, and where she is going.
Are you upset because she doesn't need your approval or the approval of others for that matter, to do what she wants? Are you upset because she went after what she wanted and didn't wait for someone to give it to her? Are you upset because anything she says or does she can back all of it up?
But when you call your girls, what will you tell them? I saw Miss Monica today. She was walking by with this nice suit on, hair straight and down to her waist(looking good), strolling in her four-inch heels like a super-model walking confidently past us. Did she speak? No...she just kept walking. I didn't speak because..............................................................
You have already formed your opinion of who you want me to be or who you think I am. You don't know me and because you have already formed your opinion of who you think I am, there is no need for you to get to know me. I am in no way interested. I do not go through life trying to please anyone and I do not need anyone's approval to be me. I do not care what people have to say about me, they are merely basing their opinions. Their opinions do not define who I am.
So in conclusion, if you are at the receiving end of the rumors or being treated a certain way because of who you are, Keep Being You. The women that cause such problems, have no self-confidence, no self-esteem, and no sense of self. They are merely simple, naive idiots looking for identities.
