While it is true that the freshness of air varies, you usually can find great air in the mountains and near natural surroundings. Most people love to take long walks in the morning because the air seems crisper and fresher invigorating their bodies and minds.

Fresh air definitely has an impact on peoples personalities, just take a look at someone sniffing the fresh mountain air, they are in ecstasy. If you are a city dwellers then you are probably choking on car fumes and diesel fumes and sitting in a stale apartment building with very poor ventilation, it is important for city dwellers to get out of the poor air environments and take in some fresh air.

Some of the best ways to get fresh air is to take walk or hike in the mountains, visit a fresh water lake or take a walk in the park. Make sure you get your fresh air daily for better health.
